Maven Music provides a music-based platform including (but not limited to):

• Streaming and playback
• Content uploads and hosting
• Artist tools
• Music distribution and promotions
• Subscriptions or premium features
• Community and engagement tools

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Immediately reporting unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abuse or fraud
• Pose security risks

If you purchase any services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.
• Prices may change with notice.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may not:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access or hacking.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Manipulate streams, engagement, or metrics.
• Use bots or automation for abuse.
• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Maven Music a license to:

• Host and distribute your content
• Promote and display your content
• Modify formatting for platform use

You confirm:

• You own or have rights to your content.
• Your content does not violate any laws.

All platform materials (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Maven Music.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, or redistribute platform content
• Use branding without permission

We will review and take action as required by law, including removing infringing content and terminating repeat violators.

Any individual or entity attempting to interfere with, compromise, attack, exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Maven Music platform, Maven Music LLC, or the Maven Music Network is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate and take immediate action, including:

• Account suspension or permanent bans
• Blocking devices, IPs, or networks
• Legal enforcement and claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, violators may be held liable for damages, losses, and expenses, including liquidated damages starting at $50,000 USD and up to $500,000 USD per violation, depending on severity, impact, and intent.

We may cooperate fully with local, federal, and international authorities and may disclose relevant information as required by law.

To protect our platform and users, Maven Music may monitor activity related to abuse or threats and log technical and behavioral data associated with suspicious actions.

This includes:

• IP addresses
• Login attempts
• Device and browser data
• System and network activity

Logging is used strictly for security, fraud prevention, and service protection.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services linked or integrated into Maven Music.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be unavailable at times.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Security risks
• Legal requirements

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Maven Music LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and indemnify Maven Music LLC and its network against any claims resulting from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your content
• Your violations of these Terms

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally, then through arbitration or court in the selected jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
